Mr Mumtaz Shaikh introduced fair trade in the town. With his utmost efforts he was succeeded in setting up Shahdadkot Rice Association & became the president of the association. The object was to improve Rice cultivation, help farmers, and mitigate the monopoly by landlord & buyers.

Huge customer’s demand & growth caused ARM to expand its success. In 1982, Mr. Mumtaz shaikh launched another unit, in the name of “Asif Rice Mills” which was then run by his elder son Muhammad Hanif Shaikh. Blessed with Allah grace & parents prayers Mr. Hanif took the business to the next level & achieved the major market share. The new Rice processing unit was exclusively installed to process the quality Rice of Export level.

ARM was considered as a trend setter in introducing latest technology in Rice processing business in the local market. It provides Quality Assurance for its products.
